Getting Started
For your first pickup, simply place your laundry in a kitchen-sized trash bag and clearly label your name on the outside. Our driver will also place a ticket with your name inside the bag. We will return your order in a fresh plastic bag along with the number of Eco Bags included in your subscription level. Your Eco Bags will be used for all future pickups. Eco Bags will have a one-time $5 charge per bag.

The Eco Bag measures approximately 20×28 inches and holds up to 20 pounds of laundry.

Service & Scheduling

Our routes vary daily based on service demand, so exact arrival times are not guaranteed. To ensure pickup, please have your laundry out no later than 8:00 a.m. Most pickups occur between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. If you miss your pickup, simply reschedule online. 

No. Place your Eco Bag in your designated location (front porch, side door, garage, etc.) as arranged with your driver.

In-store turnaround is next day. Delivery turnaround varies by location; available delivery dates are shown when scheduling a pickup.

On rainy or snowy days, we double-bag orders. If you prefer an alternate delivery location (garage, back porch, etc.), contact us before noon on delivery day and we will update the driver’s instructions.

Laundry Handling & Products

We wash all orders with our proprietary Eco Pure soap—an unscented, biodegradable, hypoallergenic, free-and-clear detergent. Laundry is dried with unscented dryer sheets. Our methods are highly effective, so bleach is rarely necessary. For stain concerns or disinfecting requests, please separate those items and note your instructions during checkout or email us at least 24 hours before pickup. 

No. We sort and separate your laundry for you.

Yes. Towels, sheet sets, and blankets smaller than 50×60 inches are included in the per-pound and subscription rates. 

We are happy to process these items. They are not included in subscription plans and will be billed separately. Contact us for pricing. 

Plans & Billing

Most individuals and couples use about one bag per week. Most families use three to four bags weekly. You may switch plans at any time; changes apply once your current plan cycle ends.

You may change your plan at any time. The new plan begins when your current billing cycle expires.

Plans are monthly from the date of purchase. Any unused balance expires at 11:59 p.m. on the final day of your cycle.

Plans automatically renew at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of your cycle unless canceled. 

You may cancel at any time by selecting “Cancel Plan.” Your plan will remain active until 11:59 p.m. on the final day of your current cycle. 

All transactions are based on the pickup date. If you place an order on the 15th but pickup occurs on the 16th, and your plan expires on the 15th, the order will be applied to the next month’s plan. 

Any laundry exceeding your plan’s included amount will be billed at the standard per-pound rate. 

No. Monthly laundry plans are not available for wholesale or commercial accounts. 

No. There are no extra fees. 

Yes. Pickup and delivery are complimentary. 

No refunds are issued for partially or fully unused plans. 

Additional Service Questions

Yes. All detergents and cleaning supplies used through Express Eco Laundromat are environmentally friendly. 

Yes. You may schedule weekly pickup and delivery without subscribing, though subscription plans offer discounted rates.
